My practice includes prayerful attention to God, spiritual disciplines, Ignatian spiritual practices, scripture, and deep listening. I bring a range of experiences to spiritual direction. I was a pastor’s wife as well as a corporate executive; I am also a mother and understand the stresses of being a military mom. It would be my joy to journey with you in your unique circumstances and faith experience.
